Welcome to Tennis Bum. These terms are the agreement between you and Tennis Bum (“we,” “us”) for using our website and app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Tennis Bum.
Tennis Bum is an online tennis club: a community, a live Tour Tracker, and a set of training, recovery, visualization, breathing, and coaching tools. Our goal is to build the world’s largest tennis club. You don’t have to play tennis to belong — you just have to love the game.
Anyone can join the free Club and keep it for life. Free membership gives you a member number and access to the features we make available to free members.
What “free” means. Free membership grants access only to the features and content offered to free members as they exist in the app as of July 2026 — for example, your member number and profile, the Clubhouse (community, the GOAT debate, this-week-in-tennis, and daily tips), the Tour Tracker, and the Pro Shop.
Free membership does not automatically include features, content, products, or services we add, launch, or designate as paid after July 2026. We may release new features as paid upgrades, and we may change which features are free or paid over time.
The Academy is our paid membership — $97/month or $997/year, with Founding members locking in $49/month or $497/year for life. It unlocks the full experience: the longevity training program (Fitness), Recovery, Visualization, Breath Work, and Stroke Reviews, on top of everything in the free Club.
Founding offer. The first 100 members who redeem the founding code at checkout receive the Academy at no charge for as long as their membership remains active. Founding spots are limited and offered on a first-come basis.
Beyond the free and Academy tiers, we may offer optional paid add-ons that any member — free or Academy — can choose to buy. These may include:
These add-ons are separate, optional, and paid. They are not included in free or Academy membership unless we explicitly say so. Their availability, providers, and pricing may change at any time. Where a service is delivered by an independent professional, that professional is responsible for their own advice and service, and additional terms may apply.
Paid memberships and products are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Academy subscriptions auto-renew each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings — your Academy access continues to the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then you drop back to the free Club without losing your member number.
Founding members who joined free keep the Academy free for as long as their membership stays active; if you cancel, you return to the free Club. We may change prices for future billing periods, and we’ll give reasonable notice before a change affects you.
Annual memberships come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you join on an annual plan and it isn’t for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. No questions, no forms, no phone call. You keep any scorecard or feedback you were given.
Monthly memberships aren’t covered by the guarantee, because you can cancel at any time and the next payment simply doesn’t happen. Outside of the 30-day annual guarantee, fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we’ll work with you in good faith.
Our training, recovery, breathing, visualization, and nutrition content is general educational information for healthy adults. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. By using these features you confirm that:
Stroke feedback and any coaching are provided for general instructional purposes only. Tennis Bum, its coaches, and any professionals featured are not liable for injury or loss arising from your training, recovery, or nutrition choices.
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and don’t share your account. You can delete your account anytime from Settings, which permanently removes your profile, plans, and logs.
Parts of Tennis Bum are social — the GOAT debate, comments, and your stroke clips. Be respectful: no harassment, hate, spam, or illegal content. You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display it within the service so the community works. We may moderate, hide, or remove content, and suspend accounts that break these rules.
We use Stripe to process payments, and some Pro Shop links are affiliate links — if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for products or services others provide.
The Tennis Bum app, its content, programs, and brand are owned by us and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.
We’re actively building Tennis Bum, so we may add, change, move between tiers, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms; when we make material changes we’ll update the effective date above, and continuing to use Tennis Bum means you accept the updated terms.
Tennis Bum is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
